Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return goods, here's how it works.

Change of mind or incorrect orders

Please choose carefully, as credits and refunds are not normally provided where you have:

  • changed your mind;
  • ordered an incorrect product;
  • ordered the incorrect quantity; or
  • found the product elsewhere at a lower price.

Returns may be accepted at MCC's discretion, and are subject to:

  • a restocking fee of $70 + GST;
  • goods being returned within 30 days of receipt;
  • goods being in new, unused, resalable condition; and
  • all original packaging, accessories, manuals and any other components being included.

Request a return

Before returning any goods, please contact us to request validation. We will help determine if your order is eligible for return — email vipshopnz@mcclabel.com or call +64 9 414 1700.

If your return is eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number may be delayed or rejected.

Returning goods

Once your return has been approved and you have your RMA number:

  • clearly mark the RMA number on and inside the package;
  • pack items securely to prevent damage during transit; and
  • arrange return freight to: MCC Albany, 3 Armstrong Road, Albany, Auckland 0632.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by MCC. We recommend using a tracked, insured freight service, as MCC cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Processing your return

Once we receive all returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions above. MCC will either issue a replacement if needed, or provide a store credit for the returned goods. Goods that are damaged, used, marked or not in a resalable condition may be rejected.

Faulty or damaged goods

If you believe your goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact MCC within 7 days of receipt so we can investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. An RMA number must be obtained before returning any faulty goods. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, MCC will, at its discretion, arrange repair, replacement or credit.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Where goods are faulty or fail to meet statutory consumer guarantees, your rights to a repair, replacement or refund will apply as required by law.
